Introduction
These Terms of Service serve as a guideline to ensure the swift creation of an exceptional website through mutual trust and sincere cooperation between the Client and the Company. Our goal is to provide professional support for your new endeavors and to complete each project through a harmonious and respectful partnership.

Article 1 (Service Overview)
・ FRAMERS (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a high-speed web production package provided by MELT BEAR Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

・ This service utilizes our proprietary workflow and the [yourname.framers.work] subdomain to achieve the shortest possible timeframe for website launches. The service infrastructure relies on major Japanese server providers to ensure high stability and security.

Article 2 (Design Authority and Discretion)
・ The Service aims to derive the optimal solution in the shortest time based on the professional judgment and aesthetic sense of the designer.

・ As a general rule, the final decision-making authority regarding the website's structure, layout, color scheme, and typography belongs to the designer, and the Client agrees to this.

Article 3 (7-Day Launch Rule)

・ The Company will launch the website within 7 days once all of the following conditions are met:
1. Full payment of the project fee.
2. Provision of all materials, or completion of asset selection/creation by the Company.
3. Final confirmation by the Company to start production.

・ The 7-day period is calculated in consecutive calendar days to maintain maximum velocity.

・ If there are significant changes to materials or delays in communication from the Client, this 7-day rule will not apply.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
・ The production fee is USD 1,000.

・ Optional Add-ons: Custom domain integration, additional pages, WordPress implementation, and data export (including IP transfer) are available for additional fees upon request.

・ No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after payment is completed.

Article 5 (Provision and Selection of Materials)
・ If the Client is unable to provide suitable image materials, the Company may, at its sole discretion, select and use appropriate assets from licensed libraries (such as Adobe Stock).

・ The copyright for such licensed materials remains with their respective providers, and the Client is granted a right to use them within the scope of this website.

Article 6 (Maintenance and Support)
・ After the website is launched, a monthly maintenance fee of USD 50 will be charged.

・ Support includes hosting management, and minor content updates (text, images, and news updates). Structural changes or new pages are quoted separately. Please note that custom domain registration and renewal fees are not included in this monthly fee and remain the responsibility of the Client.

・ Communication is handled via WhatsApp, with responses generally provided within 24 hours. Please note that due to time zone differences, response times may not always align with your preferred hours. Your understanding is appreciated.

・ Requests for cancellation must be notified by the last day of the month preceding the desired cancellation month. No pro-rated refunds will be provided.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property and Portfolio)
・ The intellectual property and copyright of the design framework produced through this service belong to the Company. The Client is granted a non-exclusive right of use for their business.

・ Data Export & IP Transfer: If the Client wishes to obtain the source code, design data, and full intellectual property rights, a separate transfer fee of USD 500 will apply.

・ The Company reserves the right to feature the produced website in its portfolio.
Article 8 (Handling of Communication Interruption)
・ If communication from the Client is interrupted for 30 consecutive calendar days, the Company may consider the project completed or terminated.

・ In such cases, no refunds of paid fees will be made.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
・ The Company shall not be held liable for any infringement of rights caused by materials provided by the Client.

・ Under any circumstances, the Company's total liability for damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to the Company (USD 1,000).

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
・ These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

・ Any disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
